본 연구는 한국스포츠정책과학원 주요 업무 중 하나인 스포츠과학 현장지원의 체력 측
정에 대한 체력 측정 및 평가 매뉴얼을 제작하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 한국스포츠정책과
학원은 체력 측정 기자재와 함께 연구 목적의 기자재 등 다양한 기자재를 구축하고 있으
나 그 측정 및 평가 매뉴얼은 부족한 실정이다.
이에, 유·무산소운동능력측정시스템, 근력측정시스템, 신체구성측정시스템, 무선신호측정시스템, 대사측정시스템, 근신경측정시스
템, 다중환경구현장치, 기타측정기기로 분류하여 측정 시스템 및 기기별 세부 기자재의
측정 및 평가 매뉴얼을 작성하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 측정 사용설명서와 공동연구자,
자문위원 등 전문가 의견을 토대로 세부 측정 및 평가 매뉴얼을 제시하고 측정 기자재별
주의사항 등에 관한 내용을 정리하고자 하였다.
그 결과, ① 유·무산소운동능력측정시스템 3가지[(호흡가스분석기, 암에르고미터, 무산소운동능력 측정 시스템(윈게이트 시스템))],
② 근력측정시스템 9가지(등속성 근관절 측정기, 척추 근기능 측정기, 근기능 측정기, 디
지털 근력 측정기, 공압식 근력 측정기, 하지 근력 측정기, 근파워 모니터링 측정기, 근
육 퍼포먼스 측정기, 등척성 하지 근력 측정 시스템), ③ 신체구성측정시스템 5가지(양방
사선 골밀도 측정기, 뼈나이 측정기, 체성분 추적 시스템, 체성분 측정 시스템, 3차원 전
신 체형 측정기), ④ 무선신호측정시스템 5가지(무선 호흡가스분석 시스템, 무선 근전도
측정 시스템, 무선 생체신호 측정 시스템, 무선 심박수 측정기, 무선 구간 속도 측정기),
⑤ 근신경측정시스템 12가지(근장계, 근육탄성측정시스템, 생체신호측정기, 통증 및 감각
평가 시스템, 근신경균형능력측정기, 균형능력측정 및 훈련시스템, 신경전도 측정기, 정적
밸런스밸런스, 밸런스 시스템, 점프력 측정 시스템, T-Wall 시각반응기, Galileo), ⑥ 대
사측정시스템 6가지(동맥경화 협착 검사기기, 신체활동량 측정기, 호흡근 측정기, 심전도
측정기, 젖산분석기, 고지혈측정기, * 심박변이도 측정기 제외), ⑦ 다중환경구현장치(챔
버), ⑧ 기타측정기기 5가지(디지털 듀얼경사계, 디지털 통각계, 압력판, FMS 검사기, 혈
류자동조절기, 초저온회복실, The force)에 관한 측정 및 평가 매뉴얼을 작성하였다.
본체력 측정 및 평가 매뉴얼은 체력 측정 및 평가에 대한 가이드라인을 제시함으로써 체력
측정 및 평가의 신뢰성을 제고할 것으로 사료된다.
